We run competitions on Wednesdays and Sundays, teeing off at 11am. These competitions include lots of team and fun competitions, as well as handicap qualifying events. If you just want to join in without playing in the competitions, you are more than welcome.

We also have an informal Monday morning ‘roll up’ at 10am. We cater for all levels of golf and will always fix you up with a playing partner.

In addition our programme of ladies’ events includes:

• An Invitation day when members can invite friends to play
• An annual ladies golfing holiday, usually in early April
• An annual Presentation Dinner, beginning of December

The club has a programme of social events for members and guests throughout the year, and over the winter months we run a popular bridge club every Thursday afternoon in the clubhouse.

Many ladies also participate in the fund raising activities of our “100 Club”. In addition to raising funds for high ticket items, members of the 100 Club also have the opportunity of winning prizes of up to £1,000.

Additional benefits of membership include:

• Free golf at Blackpool North Shore and Richmond Yorks golf clubs. Under our agreement, up to 8 members/day may play at these clubs for free. Booking should be arranged through their proshops.
• As a member of the 1906 Club, our members are entitled to play any other course founded in that same year, either free of charge or half price once a year depending on the club
