All members get access to the club facilities and social events, and receive preferential bar rates.
As a playing member, in addition you can:
- Play golf whenever you want on our superb course
- Enter club competitions
- Participate in team events playing at other clubs
- Apply for a free County Card for discount golf at other Lancashire Clubs
All golfers love to play the occasional round on a different course, and as a member of our club, you will be elegible for the following:
Exchange Playing Rights at other Clubs
Under our exchange playing rights agreement with Stand, Blackpool North Shore, Oakdale, Hindley Hall, Saddleworth, Didsbury and Richmond Yorks golf clubs, up to 8 members/day may play at these clubs for free during the week. In addition members can get reduce green fees at Grange Park, Bentham, Kendal and Kirby Longsdale. Booking should be arranged through their proshops.
1906 Club
The “1906 Club” refers to an association of golf clubs founded in 1906, which grant reciprocal playing privileges to members of other affiliated clubs, typically once a year and for groups of eight or fewer, provided the players are at least 50 miles from their home course. Silverdale is a member of the 1906 club and list of participating clubs can be found here.
